RBER Admin 2c7f4c0e5a Fix catalog:register URL - use catalogInfoUrl with explicit branch 
The repoContentsUrl output from publish:gitea was missing the branch name.
Using catalogInfoUrl with explicit URL construction to fix the 400 error.
